Douglas A. Anderson just announced a new title from his Nodens imprint, Late Reviews. It collects book reviews he has done of older, out of print fantasy books and others. One review he calls out as being of interest to people here at TCG:

Tolkien figures in a few of the reviews, e.g. of Guy Ridley's The Word of Teregor, a short novel about sentient trees, with names like Enteth, who gather together in moots! (A new edition will be published shortly.)

He has links for where to order the book on his blog here: http://tolkienandfantasy.blogspot.com ... o-others-from-nodens.html

In an interview in 2014, Dr. Anderson did mention about The Word of Teregor
There is no evidence that Tolkien read it (it came out in 1914 by a recent Oxford graduate), but some of the similarities are quite tantalizing
