Spurred on by other members and to help my wider reading and understanding of the legendarium, I have started my own quest. Nothing special but the first of my single volume History of Middle-earth books. The Book of Lost Tales part one. A print on demand from Harper Collins via eBay in pristine condition and excellent value. As always on receipt I protected the dustwrapper in a paper/ transparent sleeve. More to come.

Certainly! It is the 2015 Chinese slipcased edition of the Jemima Catlin Hobbit. I love the gold/black slipcase design on it. The interior illustrations are the same as the UK/US edition, of course, so this was primarily for the Chinese slipcase itself.
