A second edition soft-cover version, including a forward by Simon Tolkien, is being published and will appear online when available. Looks like the hardback is sold out.
As it happens, they sold out of the hardcover of the Art of the Manuscript this morning. Ugh. So if anyone is willing to part with a copy, I'd love to talk!
