It’s important to keep in mind that this story is just rumor at this point...
I'll bear that in mind...

...as nothing has been confirmed by Universal, Warner Bros. or the Tolkien estate. Even if it is true...

They claim that J.K. Rowling 'went to the Tolkien Estate with her bank statement and the Tolkiens started to think twice about declaring never to have a theme park.'

Clearly those who come up with this suppose everyone else is stupid.
