Was this and the Artist and Illustrator the only times this artwork has been officially used? Or did I miss a poster, postcard or similar somewhere back there. (I really need to go back and catalog all the greeting cards and postcard sets I have...)

There is also a small b&w reproduction in JRRT:Life and Legend.
