So, for those US collectors that have been trying to secure a copy of The Ring Goes Ever on - Proceedings of the Tolkien 2005 Conference (2 volumes), Amazon.ca (Canada) has the set available for about $70 (US, including shipping). Even though this might seem a bit pricey, it is less expensive than buying it directly through the Tolkien society, which would run you $100 (US) for surface mail and $132 (US) for air mail. However, it takes about a month before it ships.

I actually ordered a copy (2 Volumes) from Amazon.ca last June (to ship to Ireland) along with a few other books. It Shipped in 15 days and was sent via DHL (though I only chose standard shipping).
Worked out much cheaper getting it from Canada, even though the UK is next door. At the time it was not available on any other of the Amazon sites, but in the last month is now available on the Amazon UK site.
