It looks like "Brad Eden, Dean of Library Services at Valparaiso University" is showing people some posters that he has, the article gives no clue at all, as to what he is doing

Seems the suntimes writer hasn't heard of Kipling -
'I keep six honest serving-men (They taught me all I knew); Their names are What and Why and When And How and Where and Who.'
