I'm eagerly awaiting this book! Just thought I should share a reply I got from Douglas Anderson, since it gives some additional info (although the email was sent 9 months ago):
The book hasn't been published, and will likely appear with the build-up to The Hobbit movies, but there is currently no date for it. Do we have more recent news?
