Here's an odd bit of spiel -
http://www.ebay.com/itm/J-R-R-TOLKIEN ... tible&hash=item2ebde97fe2 Under the heading 'Origin' the vendor has written 'India' - giving the impression that this edition comes from the sub-continent. And, in the main body of the text we get this - "IN THE FINISH OTHER MAP" - whatever that means.
