Hello,
Can anyone shed light onto this print I found? I have seen the same picture in the Bodleian library website but they are all new and in full colour. This one has been printed in a blue/green hue and appears to be quite old. Does anyone know anything about this run of prints? Attach file:  Tolkien back.jpg (37.21 KB) Tolkien print.jpg (45.06 KB)

I don't know details of the dates etc; but this picture has been available quite readily over the years. In this case this poster seems to be much faded; I guess the original colours would have been the same as those on the Bodleian Library site.
side note - my first copy of TH was the 'fourth edition' paperback, with the mis-print 'Bilbo comes to the huts of the Rat-Elves'.
