Perhaps because there isn't going to be one, & all these previous "bookmark" Amazon listings (across several Amazon sites) are in error. Maybe not though...

I would be very surprised if we get a Super-Deluxe version (not sold the last two yet) but why not a Deluxe?

If they did an SD with 50 or 100 copies, it would sell. Whether the economics are there for such low volume production is another matter entirely.

Well, that's all right I suppose. In similar vein to S&G, which makes sense. It depends on how many pages it runs to (i.e. how much supplementary material Christopher provides), but it would be surprising if they didn't bring it out in the standard Deluxe format too.
