Anyone know where to find this Fellowship of the Rings Elrond and Arwen postcard?

Hi all, I've come across a gorgeous postcard of Elrond and Arwen from one of the deleted scenes (it's a FoTR postcard, but I think this deleted scene was from TTT) and I'm wondering if anyone has any more information on it or knows where to get it? I've attached a pic of it below.

Where did you come across the image? Maybe worth trying to work backwards from that point.

I haven't seen any promotional materials with this style (oval image inside tengwar frame with movie title in upper left), but then again there were thousands of cards/banners/mini posters/trading card game promo materials/etc./etc. made for these movies. I can only suggest continually scouring the web (especially eBay) on the lookout, or as onthetrail suggests, tracking backwards from where you found the image. If you can find the person who took the picture and they can provide details of anything from the reverse side perhaps...?
