Really a nice set, but sadly not complete as it seems.
All the records are present but 3 of the 4 booklets are missing. I asked the seller about them but didn´t received an answer yet. edit: He answered me and yes there is only one booklet.

It is now listed at $490 as Buy It Now (for US shipping), but as was pointed out most of the booklets are missing.
