Seems to be available at Book Depository:

http://www.bookdepository.com/Complet ... her-Tolkien/9780007105083

Not sure if this is old stock that has turned up or a listing error.

Stu

Edit: Seems like this has been reprinted. The Tolkien.co.uk site also has it listed.

I think it has been re-listed together with the release of the Art of the Hobbit, the Pocket Hobbit etc.
I bought my set 2 weeks ago from The Book Depository UK

What impressions are in the set?

Stu

I can now answer this one myself:

Vol 1 - 6th Impression
Vol 2 - 5th Impression
Vol 3 - 5th Impression.

Sorry for resurrecting this thread. Can I just clarify. This, originally, was a slipcased set (standard hardbacks) of first impressions; hence Deagol's "Only first impressions were issued in the slipcase" on TolkienBooks. But are these now selling, new, with later impressions? i.e. did HC decide to slipcase up sets again, in 2011 at some point? HC themselves don't seem to have it up on their site anymore, but there seems to be plenty of listings kicking around selling new sets --hence why I'm asking.

It is a 2011 re-issue. The slipcase seems to be slightly thinner than the original.
