A publisher has released Oxford Poetry 1915 as a Print-On-Demand title. Is this completely out of copyright? (Contains 'Goblin Feet').

I think it would be very difficult and expensive to argue that it was still in copyright as we have no idea what terms Tolkien and the other poets signed up to when they had the poems published.

You all may know this already, but Oxford Poetry 1915 is available online for free, both here (in the combined 1914–1916 edition), and here (by itself).
