"Phillips the fine art auctioneers have written to say they are selling: a letter from JRRT to the late Prof. Dodds 28.1.55; a 1st Edn Hobbit;and a proof copy of RotK with corrections by JRRT (incomplete)." Sold for £230 Info, from Antiquarian Book Monthly Review, Dec.1979
