Further to Letter from Rob Gilson to J.R.R. Tolkien • 5 October 1915 (#1290), Smith writes to Tolkien saying he believes Tolkien should write to Hodder and Stoughton or Sidgwick & Jackson. He asks Tolkien to send him some of his latest poems and he will show them to H.T. Wade-Gery (see reference).
