Father Francis replies to Tolkien's letter Letter from J.R.R. Tolkien to Father Francis Morgan • c. 8 March 1916 (#1312)[1] congratulating him and Edith of their upcoming wedding. He says he should like to do the ceremony himself at the Oratory in Birmingham but it is now too late to change the arrangements. He offers Tolkien and Edith "every blessing and happiness".
