Smith sends Tolkien another telegram care of Edith's landlady, Mrs. Kendrick, to inform him of his time of arrival via train.
Notes
Smith visits Tolkien and Edith at Great Haywood the next day and stays for one night. In a later letter, he will note that he met Edith and Jennie Grove.
