Rayner informs Tolkien that the head of the agency from Hollywood who is responsible for the negotiations with Ackerman/Zimmerman will visit the Allen & Unwin offices at the end of May. he asks Tolkien if he can have his annotations to the Zimmerman story-line by 22 May. He hopes that Tolkien will agree to the agency taking the commentary back to the United States with them.
