Joy Hill writes to filmmaker John Boorman, saying she had tried to call him on the phone but he had evidently already left the country. She is hoping to hear an update about the film project for "The Lord of the Rings", having just had a journalist tell her about the costuming designs for it. She says that Tolkien is also interested in hearing any update.
