Stanley Unwin replies to Tolkien's letter of 7 December remarking that he is looking to see what corrections have been included in the reprint of The Hobbit. He welcomes a volume of shorter fairy-stories and remarks that he would like to look at Mr. Bliss again. He says that there is no hope for a reprint of the Clark hall Beowulf for some time.
