Tolkien sends an inscribed copy of the Japanese Hobbit, it reads "With best wishes to Fr Hugh Maycock and Pusey House | Dec. 14. 1966"

Notes

Tolkien inserted a (loose) brief note to Maycock with apologies for the delay and mentioning the included copy of the Japanese 'Hobbit'.
