Mrs. Webster was a teacher, and she and her pupils put on a performance of some scenes from The Lord of the Rings. Tolkien can not attend, but Clyde S. Kilby does. He also mentions that GA&U give permissions for public performance, not him.
Webster seems to be the same D. Webster who had provided art for an early Tolkien Society publication, the Tolkien Journal.
