The Lord of the Rings, by J.R.R. Tolkien. The Revised (2nd) Edition.
Vol I: The Fellowship of the Ring is a Twentieth impression.
Vol II: The Two Towers and Vol III: The Return of the King are Seventeenth impressions.
This is an unusual and hard to find Box Set published by Unwin Hyman in 1990.
The box shows some wear and rubbing to the edges, but it still in a beautiful condition.
All three volumes are in Near Fine condition with a clean bright edges, clean and bright textblock, and in Near Fine dustwrappers, showing no edgewear, rubbing or chips. None have been price-clipped, and have all tipped in maps in fine condition.
