Book itself is in good condition. Spine is intact and tight (appears almost unread) Pages are secure, clean and free of markings, creases or tears. 

The cover has a flaw in the upper right (see pictures) where a price sticker may have been peeled off taking some tlof the top layer of the cover. However, there is a price tag on the inside cover in the upper left as well. The rest of the book has normal scuffs and marks that a book cover of it's age would expect to have.
