The Hobbit - J. R. R. Tolkien -Rare 1961 1st Edition? Puffin Ex-Library Hardback

Very occasionally it’s possible to a find a copy of the original 1961 Puffin paperback that have been professionally rebound into a hardback format for libraries. This is such a copy.

It has the original Pauline Baynes cover art. The copy is worn and the inside printing page or two is torn and missing. Hence it is an assumption that this is a 1st edition but is likely it is. Please see pics.
