Hardback Complete With Unclipped Dust Wrapper.
The book measures7½" x 5¼" and it has xxvii + 211 pages.
It is bound in green cloth covered boards with the titles blocked in gilt on the spine.
The book is illustrated with a b/w frontispiece + 1 other full page b/w plate and in-text diagrams.
The dust wrapper is not price clipped (10s.6d).
The wrapper has slight loss with some neat conservation repairs to the reverse.
There is a little tanning to the endpapers.
The previous owner has written his name on the front free endpaper.
Page 102 has a small neat margin annotation in ink with 4 words underlined.
The previous owner also made pencil annotations in some margins which have since been erased but have left feint barely visible indentations.
Apart from the above minor defects the binding and contents are in excellent condition.
