This is the deluxe version of the 2013 The Hobbit illustrated by Jemima Catlin. This special slipcased edition is bound in red cloth with an exclusive wraparound dragon design in gold foil. 

Still in the original shrinkwrap, unopened. 

When it came out in 2013 it was the first new illustrated edition of The Hobbit for more than 15 years.

Personally, as a lifelong Tolkien reader and collector I think this is one of the loveliest editions of the Hobbit I have ever seen. According to a contributor over at the Tolkien Collectors Guide - Harper Collins confirmed that this edition had a print run of 2000, and has never been reprinted.

Hard to find, and especially still in the original shrinkwrap.
