A true first edition of The Silmarillion by J.R.R. Tolkien, published by George, Allen and Unwin in 1977 and printed by William Clowes & Sons, Great Britain.
True first (export) edition, with unpriced dust jacket and all other correct first edition points: printed by William Clowes and Sons, uncorrected errors on pages 330 (lacks full stop after 'Feanor", line 4) and page 352 (italicized "and", line 39).
Some spotting to page edges, end pages, and very occasionally on some pages. A mark to the front board near the bottom left. A very slight lean. Otherwise, a book in great condition: tight binding, crisp pages, no inscription; the map is perfect condition.
