Our charity’s eBay office is open from 09:00 GMT to 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays). There may be a delay in responding to enquiries sent outside of these hours.

Payment can only be made via Paypal. We will not accept cheques, bank transfers, postal orders or any other payment method.

We are happy to combine purchases of multiple items therefore in these cases, please defer payment until a revised invoice is sent to you.

Items will be packed and dispatched within two working days of payment being received. If the item is listed as ‘buyer collects’, please e-mail us to make the necessary arrangements. If the item is listed as ‘buyer collects’ and you are a non-UK resident, please do not submit a bid.
