Item Description: Softcover. 6-page booklet. See Hammond C17, p. 346. Reprints Tolkien's essay Some Contributions to Middle English Lexicography from The Review of English Studies Volume 1, no. 2 (April, 1925). CONDITION. Near Fine/Very Good Plus in tan wrappers. Very slight discoloration to front cover edge. Overall tight binding and text in good condition. Just a few small spots of foxing internally (see pictures), else no marks, underlining or torn pages. Housed in a removable Brodart protector. A very scarce and wonderful find for the Tolkien enthusiast and collector. These rarely come up for sale, especially in this condition.
