The poster is in good condition for age. it has been used but stored awsy since 1980's. see pictures there is a bit of edge creasing at top and left side.
This is a collectible 1970 Pauline Baynes Map of Middle-earth poster, produced in collaboration with J.R.R. Tolkien.
It features a detailed map of Northwestern Middle-earth, the setting for The Lord of the Rings.
The poster includes ten circular inset illustrations of important locations and depictions of characters along the borders.
This specific artwork served as a working map for Tolkien to ensure accuracy in placements of towns and cities.
The first trade printing was published in 1970 by George Allen & Unwin.
