Able to start order a bit early but took couple of trys to complete order. Even with shipping to Canada set couldn't complete order becasue of US billing address. Fixed that and order went through. About the 169th sold.

Does anyone have a guess when they will ship?

They claim shipping is Nov 14th.

Yes, shipping was 47.43 GBP for Sweden. From what I recall, they had individually listed shipping information in a previous version of the landing page before they changed it to "shown at checkout". It was not free for any location, not even the UK (Edit: Trotter pointed out in a later comment that shipping was free for the UK). One could argue that since this item is so expensive, they should offer free shipping, but I guess it is a heavy object. Bit scary to think that just the shipping cost is 1-3 ordinary books, but perhaps I should not buy these editions that frequently. :)

Was there a way to already now see what number you got?

Shipping was free in the UK. My copies were both free shipping.
