A while back someone mentioned the Oliphaunt book as being particularly difficult to find. There seem to be 5 of them available on Thriftbooks currently, but for extremely high prices.

It is the Child’s World version that is rare, as it was withdrawn from circulation a couple of weeks after release, due to copyright problems.
