Interesting, as there has been prior discussion about T&L jackets going completely pink. I've always been in the "It's a thing that can happen in totality" camp, but I had only seen a totally pink jacket previously when laminated (and I theorised the lamination caused it to happen more evenly). The only other times I've seen pink ones, they have tended to be spotty and have more green bits still retained in some areas of the jacket.
Anyway, this one is totally pink and not laminated (interesting from a "stuff that happens" perspective - not something I think anyone should buy, especially as the seller is trying to imply pink is some kind of rare state, rather than a storage fault -- probably was kept in a very hot place).
TL;DR There isn't a rare pink state of T&L, so don't buy this.
