There were four printings of this book and I’d say across all four 7 to 10 times a year. The first printing more like 2 or 3 times a year.

There were four printings of this book and I’d say across all four 7 to 10 times a year. The first printing more like 2 or 3 times a year.

Sounds about right. Emilien sold one at the start of the month on the FB group. Asking price was £450.

Mine is a 4th. I bought it four or five years ago when Oak Knoll discovered a dozen or so copies in the store-room ($100ish).
