That is really a beautiful edition and it looks very nice on the shelf together with the the Hobbit and Silmarillion deluxe editions with illustrations by the author. Thank you for posting this.
Yes, thank you for sharing!
It looks like plates 11 ("An Unexpected Return") and 15 ("The Forest River") are new compared to the 2020 Harper Collins edition. Others have slightly different labels (e.g. Riddles in the Dark instead of Bilbo and Gollum).

It appears there are 6 new arts (4 new illustrations, 1 on edge, 1 on cover) compared with the 2020 edition, 5 of which first appeared in the 2024 Folio edition. (If the inside of the slipcase also has an art, then this edition contains all 6 new arts of the Folio one.)

Interior slipcase painting
I think that is one of the most powerful interior slipcase illustrations that I have ever seen. It is dark, blue, rocky and then the bright ring in the middle. I think that is incredibly beautiful. Thank you for sharing this with us. 😊
I'm in England and trying to buy this new edition from HarperCollins, but I keep getting the same error message others mentioned in another thread:
“Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it’s correct and try again, or select a different address.”
