All id said was Id like it quality checked first and would wait until they had a checked set. Today out of the blue a DHL package arrived (Id received no email on this ... it just turned up). They havent mentioned the damaged set at all as far as returns are concerned.

My Replacement sets came and they are worse than before i.e more pronounced full length spine crease on all the Beren+Luthien spines and full length spine creases to Gondolin spines. I am now not seeking replacements to my replacements but a full refund. If HC are reading this then I do hope that they seriously rectify the problem. What has happened to HC QC?
