Hi all,
Someone I was helping on another forum to obtain various recent publications gave me the details for them. Thought they may be of interest to others.
The Children of Hurin
19th printing. Printed at CPI, Croydon
Beren and Luthien
8th printing. Printed at RR Donnelley APS, China
The Fall of Gondolin
8th printing. Printed at CPI, Croydon
The Hobbit & The Lord of the Rings Illustrated (2020)
2nd printing. Printed in Slovakia, a 3rd printing was confirmed by Bergelmir and a correction from Éarendel about printing, it was printed in Slovenia.

Thanks, I'm always curious about these details. I thought I'd read that the 2020 Illustrated H/LOTR set was up to a 3rd print but I may be misremembering.

Hm, wonder why the printing company that does The Children of Hurin and The Fall of Gondolin aren't doing Beren and Luthien?? ;p

I think they have a contract with CPI, which likely involves a certain amount of work going to them, as used to be the case with Clays. Probably that coupled with availability, etc.

About this one, I can confirm that there are already 3rd printing on sale on Amazon.uk for at least two months (friends were surprised when they received the order).

And as the boxset is "out of stock" on the official website, it might go for a 4th print run soon enough, if it is supposed to be printed again.

Where was it printed?
I also ordered a copy from Amazon in December and got a 1st printing.

Goes to show how unpredictable these things are.

My copy of the second printing (bought in September 2020, I think) was printed in Slovenia, not Slovakia. Guess this was just a typo, onthetrail and Bergelmir?
