So I happened on this current eBay auction for a sealed Millennium Edition HC set, and my first thought was that the spines were sun faded:
The seller says it’s a “white” (rather than red) colouration version, but this is the first time I’ve ever seen one like this.
Thoughts?

I think the spines are faded, as is the CD.
IF HarperCollins were to have produced a white edition, not sure that they would have also produced a white CD case.

Looks faded...more than usual sure, but i've seen a couple go to a light pink not so far from this one.
Thanks for the replies; I thought that was the case, but wanted to make sure I hadn’t somehow overlooked a “rare” variant !
Yeah, I've seen them faded this far before. I've even seen people claim they are a different variant before...
