From which artist is this?

Very hard to tell unless someone recognizes the signatures, not even sure if it is a "Tolkien" illustration.

Yes, I’m hoping someone will recognise it.

I’m pretty sure that it’s a Tolkien piece as I’ve been offered this by a Tolkien collector.
But he doesn’t remember the artist unfortunately…..
