Hi all, I cannot really justify two sets of HOME books and will be buying the new box sets as they emerge. Therefore I am looking to sell my current print on demand books which represent a full set other than Return of the Shadow which is a vgc second edition 1989. Of the other 12, only five have been read once (the others unread) and all have been in protective sleeves since purchase.
I was going to sell piecemeal as the new books come out but think a full set might be more attractive to buyers.
I thought I'd offer on here before the dreaded ebay to gauge interest at £260 delivered to the UK or plus postage if sent overseas (this might be expensive as they are heavy!). If collected from Manchester area, I could reduce by £20.
I can upload more pics if required but here they are on my shelf.
I think this is allowed on the forum but please let me know if I need to remove. Thanks.

I think it would be useful to clarify if you are including the Index as well.

I was including the index but does that make the set underpriced? I'd appreciate any advice that can be offered.

If I was in the market I would bite your hand off at that price to be honest. I would add £100 to the price but if you want to get rid quickly, the price you quite should be very inviting for buyers.Especially given your treatment of them.

Cheers for that, I really appreciate your advice. Perhaps I should just try on Ebay starting at a decent price. Not in any real rush to sell as such but need to prep bookshelf space and (as I'm retired) try to recoup most of the cost of the new sets, whilst offering a fair cost for the buyer.

OK, I'll look to sell at £350 delivered to UK or £330 if collected. If not sold by early November I'll add to Ebay and hope for the best 🤣

Ps, just to be clear, -1 in the title just means one is not POD, but this is a full set of 13 books.

I believe that is a very fair price. £170 off the retail and they have been improved with jacket protectors and clearly have been looked after.

Of course although ideally I'll find a buyer before resorting to Ebay. 🙂
