The Hobbit 1999 Limited Edition (2500 copies)

I have the opportunity to purchase this version of the Hobbit. I wasn't able to find much additional information about it online other than it was originally limited to 2500 copies.

What would be a reasonable price to pay for this copy, and what would be the rough ballpark value for this book?

If anyone has any additional information I would love to hear it.
