Is René van Rossenberg alive? Months ago, he answered to me and sent some Tolkien stuff. I wrote to him on Facebook on 14 July but he didn’t answer. The order was received on 16 July, the payment was made on 17 July, and I asked him if he received the payment but he didn’t answer again. The ordered book (signed, and one copy in the shop) is still on his list.

No, René is perfectly fine. He participated in the German Tolkien Society's "Tolkien Thing" over the weekend and took his shop with him as sales are always good for him there. And yes, I chatted with him and had him invite me to a beer.
Not sure about his social media activity - something like Facebook, Instagram - but the shop is his priority, of course. He will surely get to your order the moment he is back with his shop.
