Signed Nature of Middle Earth Deluxe

I recently had an opportunity to add one of the most unique signatures to my collection this year, from a truly incredible gentleman.
Growing up, my two greatest loves were space (NASA, Asimov, Star Trek, etc.) and Tolkien's Middle Earth.
When I learned that Carl Hostetter (the Editor of Nature of Middle Earth) was also a NASA scientist, my love of space and Tolkien collided. Thanks to this community I have been able to get in touch with the most remarkable people. Carl was also kind enough to sign my 1st impression deluxe with a wonderful inscription that I think appropriately demonstrates Carl's genius, as well as his invaluable contributions to both Tolkien and science.
This is a signature I will cherish for the rest of my life.
