Unlikely, but does anyone have a copy of FR Hb 1992 (The Fellowship of the Ring. 1992) that they're willing to sell, trade, or give () to me? I'm hoping someone has a tatty copy lying around they're not that happy with. Don't mind if it's in not so good condition. Someone I know has TT & RK (probably only G to VG-) but not FR. How annoying. But I can't seem to locate a cheap copy. Unfortunately, too, there was no reprint, so I can't even pick up an unpopular-with-collectors kind of copy...

No sorry
I have a FR & TT but not RK
Of course I would be willing to swop FR for a signed Silmarillion :)

Signed by Ted, CT, John, Priscilla, Michael --what did have in mind? No seriously, you don't have all three --sure you don't want to free yourself of the burden of your FR?

Seriously, would you swap? --or are you holding out for RK? I've got some Tolkien criticism that I've read (& I'm not sure if I still have room for) & some I've never got round to reading. Not likely, but you might be interested. e.g. Tolkien's Legendarium (Flieger & Hostetter) and Alex Lewis & Elizabeth Currie's (Ruth Lacon) The Uncharted Realms of Tolkien & The Forsaken Realm of Tolkien (both signed) --that sort of thing...
