laurel, I eventually got a fairly decent (probably VG/VG-) set for £80; which is alright I suppose. Just couldn't locate an affordable copy of FR on its own.

Well done You did ok I think at £80 for full set as they are not often for sale I am still looking for a return of king to make up my set if you now have a spare ? I have just returned from an extended stay in Greece Was walking by a used book store and couldnt believe my eyes ! In amongst all the foreign titles was a very old looking Hobbit with DJ. Rubber burned off my soles - only the find in was a very scruffy later copy in disguise-!!!!!!!!!!!! O well - keep searching

It's not really my spare --& I think it has some unsightly writing inside; names, signatures, doodles etc. But, if it's quite good --I'll get back to you. The recipient certainly doesn't need two!
