Rosfrith Murray^{Rosfrith Murray (1884-1973), was the fourth daughter (and ninth child) of lexicographer and celebrated founder and editor of the Oxford English Dictionary Sir James Murray.[1]} wrote asking for advice about the Shakespeare play The Tragedy of Gowrie, which concerned her mother's family who were Ruthven's, of the Earls of Gowrie.
