TCG Letter #2728

In reply to Letter from Ronald Eames to J.R.R. Tolkien • 16 June 1949 (#2727), Tolkien says that he has not had time to review the sketches, but he does not feel that the dust-jacket can be improved upon. He is finishing the last of the exams before he leaves for Ireland for examinations at the National University of Ireland. He would like the suggested small dragons on the endpapers. He will return the dust-jacket design and sketches separately.
